Saving Mothers firmly believes that students can work together to improve maternal health worldwide. Starting a Saving Mothers chapter on your college or medical school campus is a great first step. Students interested in joining the fight against maternal mortality can apply to establish an official chapter:
• Spread awareness about maternal morbidity and mortality in local communities.
• Gain valuable research experience in women's health issues.
• Participate in projects that support Saving Mothers' programs.
• Raise funds to send essential supplies to women and their health care providers.
• Meet and collaborate with other students in the Saving Mothers chapter network.

How to start a student chapter:

Step 1: Interested students should read the Chapter Application Guide and complete the application form below (or email this application form to Saving Mothers at getinvolved@savingmothers.org).

Step 2: Once your application has been reviewed, a Saving Mothers team member will send you a Chapter Startup Manual and will work with you to gain approval as a student organization on your campus.

Step 3: After your chapter is approved as a student organization on your campus, we will add your information to our website and jumpstart your participation in our programs. We look forward to working with you.
